At Homespun Kitchen, we offer a wide variety of delicious, gluten-friendly meals made from scratch using our strict ingredient standards. We use organic ingredients where it counts, everything is always all-natural, and we source as much locally as possible. The only menu items that intentionally contain gluten are our wraps, homemade bread, and croutons. Most other menu items are made without gluten-containing ingredients, though our grains are not certified gluten-free and cross-contact is always possible.
With that said, we do not operate a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and our grains are not certified gluten free. Most of our bowls, salads, smoothies, breakfast items, and customizable meals are naturally gluten-friendly or can be made gluten-friendly with simple modifications.
Our teams are trained to prepare gluten-friendly meals with care, but cross-contact is possible due to shared kitchen spaces.

Mediterranean Salad
Salads and bowls at Homespun do not contain gluten ingredients unless otherwise noted.
The mediterranean salad features roasted peppers + onions, cucumber quickles, greens, and our housemade cashew tzatziki.
Note, our grains are not certified gluten free so order it as a salad if that is a concern.

Sweet Heat Homespuds Bowl
If you prefer gluten-friendly breakfast, order our most popular breakfast wrap, the Sweet Heat, as a homespuds bowl instead of a wrap.
Homespuds are our healthy version of home fries. They are baked, organic yukon gold potatoes and do not contain gluten.
All of our breakfast wraps can be ordered as a gluten-friendly Homespuds bowl.

Korean Bowl
We make our Teriyaki Sauce in house with gluten-free tamari so it is gluten-friendly.
The rest of the bowl features gluten friendly veggies, organic tofu, and locally made kimchi, from Olive My Pickle.
You can go with organic greens for your base or white rice, if you are not sensitive to it.

Harrison Açaí Bowl
We make our açaí sorbet from scratch and it does not contain gluten. This bowl also incudes our homemade granola which also does not contain gluten. The oats used in our granola are not certified gluten free so you can decide if you want to leave the granola off or not. The rest, fresh fruit, coconut and honey or agave are gluten free.
All of our açaí bowls follow these same guidelines.

Vegan Plate
Gluten-friendly ingredients include:
White rice, Stewed black beans, Roasted broccoli, Sriracha maple carrots, Marinated tofu, Avocado cilantro lime sauce
No gluten-containing components used in standard preparation. Note, white rice is not certified gluten free but you can substitute another base if that is a concern.

Smoothies
Most smoothies at Homespun Kitchen do not contain gluten-containing ingredients.
Note, some of our smoothies contain our homemade granola which does not use certified gluten free oats. If that is a concern select a smoothie without granola or request that we leave it out, we are happy to help!

KT Bowl
The KT Bowl on our Value Menu includes white rice, teriyaki chicken amde with our gluten-free tamari-based teriyaki sauce, and gresh green onions.
Note, our rice is not certified gluten free so let us know if that is an issue, we will help you ifnd better options!

- Wraps, Toast, and Croutons are the only items on our menu that directly contain gluten.
- Our grains (white rice, quinoa, brown rice, and oats) are not certified gluten free so you will want to avoid grains on our menu if that is an issue
